Wildflower Boutique's mission is to make customers feel valued. I have a deep compassion for sharing love & life with everyone around me. I am a believer that every person is created with special individualities and should not have to change what they wear, do or say to appease others. We strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their unique style. To empower women and promote a sense of beauty and confidence.

My "6 pack" consists of My husband (of 22yrs) Kyle, born & raised here in Hutchinson, Son Dominik (26) Daughters Kamryn (20) Karley (19) & Kensley (17)  who are my biggest supporters. Then there is me, the very proud Mom & Wife. They are my rock solid supporters, 'my reason' for continuing to live out my own personal dreams. I am also an animal lover and advocate. Which sets the stage for our part time door greeter Miss Penny Rose, a rescue who brings comfort, joy and also alleviates anxiety. And yes..  It is a mutually beneficial relationship, as both Penny and I gain a sense of comfort and companionship from each other. (Not sure who needs who more)

This unique journey I am on started in 2003, after returning home from my honeymoon, where I was inspired by the unique boutiques we encountered, and dreamt of opening my own. However, my plans quickly shifted as I embraced 14 wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom. During those years, I learned invaluable lessons about community and connection, which ultimately fueled my passion to bring my boutique dream to life. What started in the basement is now a physical storefront.

In August of 2020, I contracted a blood infection that quickly and unknowingly turned to sepsis. Thinking it was just a virus, it was not promptly treated, until the damage it caused on my body was soon discovered. I was admitted to ICU and remained there for 6 days until I underwent emergency Open Heart Surgery to replace the Aortic Valve the sepsis destroyed. Something changed in me while in the hospital, alone, afraid of all the unknowns. I vowed if I survived, I would never wait to make dreams become reality. After OHS, recovery and finally being able to reunite with my family I wanted to show the world, myself and especially my kids that you can do anything you set your mind to if you dream big and work even harder!

So WELCOME I am so glad you are here to make this little dream of mine explode into reality. Supporting small businesses is an investment in your community. It helps to create a vibrant, resilient, and prosperous local economy. It also helps to preserve the unique character and charm of your community, and to build strong relationships between neighbors.
